Natural Coffee Patio

Kitten specializes in coffees beans prepared at origin using the “natural process” as opposed to washed or semi-washed coffees. Coffee beans start out inside a fruit, or coffee cherry. Natural processing involves leaving that cherry to ferment in the sun on grand patios. It is traditional, labor intensive and costly and the benefits are worth it. The natural fermentation process imparts a depth and body to the coffee as well as a reduction in bitterness not delivered by other processes.  This foundation is perfect for chocolate and other more subtle fruit notes to come alive.

All of our coffee beans can be used for espresso, filter and cold brew coffee.
